Overview
The first floor greets you with a spacious living room and cozy, extra-long sofas and a fireplace. It’s a comfy spot to relax and unwind after a day at the beach or visiting the shops. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family, and the dining room comfortably seats 8 guests.
On the second floor, you'll find the 2 bedrooms, The primary bedroom has a luxurious queen-sized bed, private bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a hared bathroom with the hallway bunks. There is a hallway bunk space with twin beds perfect for the kids.
The outdoor space at Coral Caye is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. There's a large screened-in patio with plenty of seating to enjoy the wonderful nature walk behind the home.

The Community
This home’s main feature is its location! Seaside is a short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show featuring Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone: kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis — you'll find it all right here.
Families will love the amazing amenities at WaterSound West! This 256-acre, gated community is ideally located directly on the Gulf of Mexico between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The zero-entry neighborhood pool features cabanas, outdoor grills, and a fireplace. Explore the boardwalks and nature trails that lead directly to the Beach. With Horseshoe Park and Deer Lake State Park nearby, a 9-hole putt-putt course, and bike and kayak rentals available, WaterSound West is sure to be the perfect beach vacation with plenty to do.
The Hub on 30A is approximately 1 mile east down 30A. It’s a great venue for kids, families, or couples with areas to lounge, eat, and run around, along with a variety of food vendors. Tacos and tequila, wings, burgers, and shakes, The Hub has something for all tastes, with a side of outdoor entertainment at the amphitheater. Catch concerts, sports, or a movie on the lawn.
Just outside the WaterSound West gate is Timpoochee Trail, a 19-mile paved pedestrian/bike path running along Scenic Highway 30A from Dune Allen Beach to Rosemary Beach.
This home is between Rosemary Beach and WaterColor/Seaside. You can access the 30A bike path to conveniently ride your bikes to all that 30A has to offer.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations of 14 days or longer: 90 days prior to Guest Check-in
Reservations of less than 14 days: 60 days prior to Guest Check-In
Your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a cancellation fee and the non-refundable booking fee.
