The second room has a king bed, a private balcony with two chairs and a table, and an ensuite bath with a single vanity and shower. Find yourself relaxing by the living room fireplace during the cooler days, or kicking back watching your favorite football team. The chefs in your group will enjoy utilizing the top-end appliances and counter space in the gourmet kitchen. Guests can choose to dine inside at one of the five bar stools or at the reclaimed wood dining table that has six chairs. Choose to soak up some rays with the Gulf breeze and enjoy your meal/cocktail as you take in the views of the Gulf, dune, and pool vistas. You'll find a covered seating area with a couch, chair, TV, and fireplace, which are a few of the highlights of this palatial balcony.

On the third floor, the primary suite, accompanied by a kitchenette and additional living area, distinguishes this house from the competition.
